The club enforces a no tolerance policy towards referee abuse and foul or insulting language.
The coach is responsible for the conduct of anyone on their sideline. This includes players, spectators and themselves. Please cooperate with any coaches' requests (for staying behind spectator lines, language, cautions, etc.)
For the parents; yelling anything other than encouragement from the sidelines causes confusion and makes it difficult for the coach to lead the team. Please refrain from coaching your child from the sideline. If you don't agree with your coach or would like to offer suggestions, please do so away from the team after the game or practice. Players learn the value of being part of the team by following instructions. This benefit is lost when players are in conflict over whom they should listen to.
True fans love their teams for its character not whether they win or lose.
Please communicate with your coach regarding attendance for games and practices.
Know that you can always discuss any issue with the club's Board of Directors. If you have any questions or comments please find a board member located at the snack shack or via our web site: www.cascadefoothillssoccer.org
