In 2014, CFSC will offer a 50% discount for one child to anyone who volunteers to head coach a team. Discount will be given after the jamboree in September.

CFSC is also still offering Family Discounts. Family discounts are $10 off one registration when you register 3 or more players from one family.

CFSC is looking for volunteers. Each board member receives one free player a year.

What Your Registration Pays For
  • Administration
    Credit card charges, Bonzi Registration charges, referee web site charges, postage, printing of fliers, printing of postcards, printing of other paperwork needed for W.Y.S., fees to register yearly as a non-profit organization, electricity for the CFSC shack, P.O. box fees, scholarships, and office supplies.
  • Insurance
    Each registration pays insurance fees to play with Washington Youth Soccer
  • Fields
    Paint to line fields, field maintenance, parking maintenance, sani-cans, dumpster, goals, repairs, nets
  • Balls
    Each registration pays for a soccer ball
  • Jerseys
    Each registration pays for a jersey
  • Referees
    Each Registration pays for referees to be at each game
Team Formation

Teams are formed after all registration have been received and processed. Registration closes at midnight on June 15. Approximately 2 weeks later the board gets together and starts the process of "building" the teams. We as board members prioritize how players are placed on teams according to the following guidelines.

  1. Registration date
  2. Coach Requests
  3. School attended
  4. Where they live

All registrations are date and timed stamped, so it is very easy to see when the registration was accepted. Occasionally we have situations where a player registered late, but requested the coach they have played with for several years and was placed on a different team. In this case the roster was full prior to their registration date because they registered late.

CFSC is a recreational club. We do not allow coaches or teams to recruit players, since this would creat an unfair advantage to this team by "stacking" the team with the best players. CFSC supports a coach and player relationship by allowing coach requests.

In order to have the best chance playing with a particular team you must register as early as possible, but this is not guaranteed.

CFSC Refund Policy

We will refund your registration fees on the following schedule:

  • 100% refund until June 15th
  • 50% refund until August 31st
  • No refund on September 1st or after

If you register your child, and for some reason no team is available, your registration fees will be refunded 100%.
