Cascade Foothills Soccer Club Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change after registration. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed according to the seasonal refund schedule published by the club each registration cycle.
Players who are not placed on a team by CFSC will receive a full (100%) refund.

Unless otherwise stated in the current season’s registration materials, refunds are generally issued as follows:
  • Full refunds are available during the initial refund window established for the season
  • Partial refunds may be available during the secondary refund window established for the season
  • No refunds will be issued after the final refund deadline for the season
Current refund deadlines and applicable percentages are published during registration and may vary by program or season.

Refund eligibility is determined based on the date the written withdrawal request is received by CFSC, not the last date attended.

CFSC reserves the right to deny refunds outside of the published refund schedule, including but not limited to voluntary withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, change of mind, disciplinary removal, or failure to participate.

All approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method when possible.
